These terms and conditions apply between Huckleberry Music School, a company incorporated in Singapore under Company Registration Number 53449563W, having its registered office at 22 Yio Chu Kang Road #02-32, Singapore 545535 (hereinafter referred to as “Huckleberry Music”), and any person placing an order with Huckleberry Music (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
These terms and conditions govern the sales of any products purchased by the Customer from Huckleberry Music. By submitting an order to Huckleberry Music, the Customer agrees to be bound by them. These terms and conditions may be amended anytime by Huckleberry Music.
Prices
Prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
All prices listed are net price.
Prices are current at the time of publication. However, due to cost increases from our suppliers, it may occasionally be necessary to increase prices without notice. Huckleberry Music reserves the right to change prices and to correct mistakes anytime.
Product Specification
Product specifications are current at the time of publication. However, due to changes from our suppliers, these specifications (not limited to the size, colour, etc) are subjected to change without notification.
Products may not exactly match the photographs on our website. Depending on the shipment we receive, there may be differences in colour, design, etc. Photographs are mainly for illustration purposes only.
Orders
Kindly allow about 2 – 3 working days for your order to be processed. Should your order require a longer processing time, we will notify the Customer. Once your order is confirmed, it may not be cancelled.
Custom made products are not allowed to be cancelled. In the event that the custom made product must be cancelled, the full price of the item will be charged to the Customer.
Huckleberry Music reserves the right to reject or cancel any order. If this happens, we will inform the Customer as soon as possible. Huckleberry Music accepts no liability for any rejected or cancelled orders by us.
Delivery
Transportation price is dependable on the weight of the order and location. Huckleberry Music will inform of the delivery price at quotation and/or upon request.
For delivery to CBD or Sentosa or remote areas (as defined by Huckleberry Music), additional transportation fees will be charged.
Alternatively, you may choose to arrange a self-collection at our office at 22 Yio Chu Kang Road #02-32, Singapore 545535. Kindly note that self-collection is only available at the stipulated time as informed by Huckleberry Music.
Discrepancies In Delivery (Faulty Goods / Shortages)
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Any damages, incorrect or shortages have to be reported to Huckleberry Music within 3 working days. You may drop us an email at huckleberrymusicschool[at]gmail[dot]com with your order and contact details. It is important to refuse or report the damaged or incorrect product. Otherwise, it would be deemed as complete delivery.
Returned Items Policy
Huckleberry Music observes a no-return policy for all products. Kindly check and confirm before placing an order.
Books and Theory Paper purchased are not exchangeable.
If the permissible product for exchange has already been used, damaged or missing any parts, Huckleberry Music reserves the right to bill the Customer for the full price of the product.
For permissible products that Customer wishes to exchange, there will be a restocking and transportation fee which will be paid by the Customer.
Huckleberry Music will not accept product returns for custom made items.
Payments
All payments can be made via PayNow.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to Huckleberry Music. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is strictly prohibited.
